When these two welcomed their daughter Lincoln in March, we literally laughed out loud over their spouse-deprecating Twitter announcements. “Lincoln Bell Shepard is here. She has mom’s beauty and dad’s obsession with breasts. Hooray!” the “Parenthood” actor tweeted.
Added the new mommy: “My new roomate poops her pants and doesn’t pay rent...basically @daxshepard1 pre-sobriety :) welcome baby Lincoln xo.”
And in June, after the Supreme Court’s decisions on the Defense of Marriage Act and Prop. 8, Bell proposed to her man. Shepard had originally popped the question in 2009, but the couple was waiting for gay marriage to be legal before actually tying the knot themselves. “@daxshepard1 will you marry me? Xo #marriageequality #loveislove,” she said on Twitter shortly after the decisions came down.
“DOMA is dead. Prop 8 is dead. Now let’s bring my big, gay marriage to @IMKristenBell to Life!!!!”

Whether they were openly adoring in interviews, got faux married on national television, made baby announcements or proposed to each other online, these pairs actually made us genuinely happy this year. Sorry, Kim and Kanye, you guys didn’t make the list.
“The Big Bang Theory” star, 27, announced her engagement to tennis player Sweeting in September after only three months of dating. And what better way to celebrate another month of togetherness than with a televised faux wedding on “Ellen”?
“I am very, very happy,” Cuoco said. “Life is so good right now, I cannot even tell you, we are so happy.”
The actress admitted that the relationship is “newer” and knew that “it looks a little crazy to some people,” but their romance just took off as soon as they went on their first date.
“By day two, I was like, oh, my God, it hit me. It’s so unbelievable, I said, ‘This is it, this is it, this is it...’ ”
DeGeneres pointed out that Cuoco doesn’t “dilly dally, you just get right to it,” so she offered up an expedited ceremony to keep with the couple’s tradition, since Sweeting was backstage anyway. The rapper and model proudly announced they were expecting at the VMA Awards in 2012 and welcomed their little one in February with a cute Twitter announcement introducing their son Sebastian, a.k.a. Bash, to the world.
“Best daddy ever.... Up with the baby so Muva can go back to sleep,” Rose said, sharing a picture of her fiance sweetly cradling their new arrival. In July, the new parents tied the knot. “Me and Amber got married today,” tweeted the groom. “Weddings this fall. Thought I’d let yall know.”

Engaged and pregnant! Wilde and Sudeikis were tres adorable this year, with Sudeikis popping the question in January and announcing they were expecting in October.
In the August 2013 issue of Elle, he joked that his bedroom romps with Wilde were part of the reason he was able to get back in shape: “The truth is, I’m not getting up an hour earlier and walking on a treadmill. I have the greatest workout partner in the world,” the “We’re the Millers” star said. “And you don’t need a gym membership for that kind of workout.”
The “Rush” actress didn’t seem to shy away from the idea of children after said marathon-like activities either.

For Halloween, these adorable dads went down the rabbit hole for inspiration, dressing up as Disney’s Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum from “Alice in Wonderland.” Their daughter Harper was costumed as Alice, and their son Gideon was decked out as the White Rabbit.
Earlier in the year, the couple was plagued with breakup rumors, which Harris put the kibosh on. One story claimed that they had canceled their wedding, but Harris took a moment off from his vacation to set the record straight.

So, it isn’t news that the singer and host lavishly renew their wedding vows for their anniversary every May — but for their 5th anniversary the pair sweetly celebrated at Disneyland and that warrants a prolonged “aw” or two.
Carey wore a white princess-like wedding gown with a sparkly headpiece, while Cannon was clad in Prince Charming’s finest. Their kids, Monroe and Moroccan, matched mom and dad with mini-me versions of their garb.

These country crooners have humor to get them through the rough patches. In response to a tabloid story linking him to another singer, Shelton took to Twitter to set the record straight: “I just read in a tabloid that our marriage is falling apart!!!” he tweeted on March 17.

“Breaking Bad’s” Aaron Paul and Lauren Parsekian tied the knot in May and shared a few gushy exchanges on social media after there 1920s carnival-inspired evening reception

These “Once Upon a Time” stars are giving their alter-egos Snow White and Prince Charming a run for their romantic money. The couple got engaged in November and announced they were expecting a little one in November. But these were no ordinary announcements: They were TMI- and hashtag-laden broadcasts on Twitter.
“From my soon-2-b-Mrs-Dallas head 2 my soon-2-b-Mrs-Dallas toes, I’m oh-so grateful 4 your well-wishes! THANK U! -The Future Mrs @joshdallas,” tweeted Goodwin when they got engaged. But then the cute overload took a turn when she announced she was going to be a mom. “It’s true! There’s a bun n my oven! Beyoncé and Jay Z may be fiercely private about their romance, but we got a few glimpses into the Carters’ lives this year and a few more sneak peeks at their daughter Blue Ivy (despite a whole debacle over their anniversary trip to Havana, Cuba).
Soon after her powerhouse performance during the Super Bowl Halftime Show, Bey announced that she’d be going on a world tour and decided to make her husband an honorary part of it by calling it “The Mrs. Carter Show.” She also did numerous interviews detailing their home life and even posted an adorable Timberland-boot inspired family photo. These crooners brought new meaning to the term “on again/off again,” closing out 2013 definitely on again. Things picked up for the “Roar” singer and her brooding beau after the former Mrs. Russell Brand admitted in the July issue of Vogue that she was still “madly in love” with Mayer. Soon after, the pair were spotted together and Perry, the most followed celebrity on Twitter, began dropping more hints that they were back together. In August, the couple unveiled a romantic duet on Mayer’s just-released album “Paradise Valley.” The song, “Who You Love,” seemingly chronicled their bumpy romantic journey.
Upon discussing the accompanying video on “Ellen” in December, Perry and Mayer sweetly bantered and said that she and Mayer “have a lot of fun” together.
