Marilyn Monroe memorabilia

Still a Hollywood icon, Marilyn Monroe would have been 86 this month, and to celebrate the Hollywood Museum is hosting the largest collection of the actress’ memorabilia in the nation. Among the collection are the famous “red velvet” photographs from 1949, rarely seen snapshots and, in a bit of a macabre flourish, the prescription pill bottle found next to her bed at the time of her death. 1660 Highland Ave., L.A. Through Sept. 2. $15 https://www.thehollywoodmuseum.com/
