WildCraft Sourdough Pizza to reopen with new chef and menu in August
- Share via
Culver City’s WildCraft Sourdough Pizza is reopening with gusto in August. The restaurant will feature a new extended menu, a full-service bar and a new chef, Bryant Wigger.
Wigger hails from Trattoria Neapolis in Pasadena and will join the WildCraft family as executive chef. Wigger, along with Chef Tin Vuong, will create a completely revamped menu that promises to extend beyond the boundaries of pizza. Vuong has also been the chef at Abigaile and Little Sister. Although the restaurant is envisioning a new experience, WildCraft has promised to stay true to its roots in sourdough pizza.
In addition to the new food, WildCraft has recently acquired a liquor license and intends to start up a full cocktail program that will pair with the new food.
The restaurant’s new identity comes with a new name: WildCraft Sourdough Pizza has been changed to Wildcraft, in order to fit in with the broader menu.
Wildcraft has not released a specific date for its reopening but is expected to be placing pizzas back in the oven in August.
