Tens of thousands of people crowded the Anaheim Convention Center for an annual trade show of the natural foods, personal care and supplement industry March 4-8. Packages of new products touted the benefits of ancient grains and chia, and boasted ingredients that were gluten-free, non-GMO, fair trade and organic.Here are some of the highlights of the new products showcased at the expo.
