Oliver Hudson, Erinn Bartlett buy Brentwood home for $2 million

Actor Oliver Hudson and his wife, actress Erinn Bartlett, have purchased an East Coast-inspired home in Brentwood for about $2 million, the Multiple Listing Service shows.
The 4,000-square-foot house has a fireplace in the upstairs family room, high ceilings, crown molding and a master bedroom sitting room that could be converted to another bedroom. The four-bedroom, 4 1/2 -bathroom traditional has two stories and was built in 2005 off a cul-de-sac.
Hudson, 33, stars in the ensemble comedy “Rules of Engagement” (2007-present). His credits include “Dawson’s Creek” (2002-03) and “The Mountain” (2004-05). He is the son of Goldie Hawn.
The listing agent was Simon Beardmore of Sotheby’s International Realty, Brentwood, according to the MLS, while Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency, Beverly Hills, represented the buyers.
