Ryan Hansen of “Veronica Mars” fame has bought a home in Studio City for $1.35 million. The seller was animated movie producer Tom Jacomb.
The nearly 4,000-square-foot traditional-style house, built in the 1970s and remodeled eight years ago, features vaulted beamed ceilings, wood plank floors, French doors, four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The grounds of the two-story home contain a swimming pool, a raised outdoor entertaining area and a stone fireplace.
Hansen, 32, played Dick Casablancas on “Veronica Mars” during its 2004-07 run and in the recent film, and he is planning a spin-off series.
He will be in the dark comedy “Friended to Death,” due out in May. Hansen also had a recurring role in the television series “2 Broke Girls” and was in the Web series “Burning Love” and the TV series “Party Down.”
Allyson Carter of Rodeo Realty was the listing agent. Preston Caffrey of Ocean Equity Solutions represented Hansen.
