Wine bars in the L.A., O.C. area

Looking for a wine bar? Lately it seems as if a new wine bar opens every week. In addition to Salute Wine Bar in Santa Monica, Corkbar and the Must recently opened in downtown Los Angeles, where BottleRock also has been planning to open an outpost. Barbrix in Silver Lake is expected to open very soon, and El Prado in Echo Park just recently started serving wine.
