San Gabriel shooting kills woman and wounds man

A woman was killed and a man was wounded in a shooting attack Sunday morning in San Gabriel, authorities said.
The shooting occurred about 9 a.m. in the 8100 block of Celito Drive, said Sgt. Michael Thomas of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The woman died immediately, and the man was transported to a local hospital, where his condition was unknown, Thomas said.
Detectives had not yet disclosed whether they have information about a suspect or a motivation for the attack, Thomas said.
