Temperatures to rise, but no red flag warnings amid Monrovia fire

The fires that broke out Saturday in Southern California came as forecasters predicted hotter temperatures.
According to the National Weather Service, temperatures in inland Riverside, San Diego and Orange counties are expected to rise five to 10 degrees through the weekend. Coastal areas will have cooler temperatures because of a marine layer.
Los Angeles County coastal areas will also see cloudy skies in the morning, but some valley areas could reach the 90s.
The weather service did not issue any red flag fire warnings for the region.
