Baseball: Pitcher Collin Quinn commits to Washington State

One of the top pitchers in the Southland this season, Collin Quinn of JSerra, has committed to Washington State.
Quinn was the co-pitcher of the year in the Trinity League.
He finished 12-1 using a sidearm delivery and had a string of four consecutive shutouts this season.
