Chris Terry of West Valley League champion El Camino Real has been named the West Valley League player of the year by the coaches.
First-team all-league: Brandon Russell, El Camino Real, Jr.; Josiah Woods, El Camino Real, Sr.; Damian Wilson, Taft, Sr.; Darius Henderson, Taft, Sr.; Travis Patrick, Taft, Jr.; Travis Fukumoto, Granada Hills, Sr.; Michael Kalu, Granada Hills, Sr.; Sumeet Singh, Chatsworth, Sr.
Taft and Granada Hills are still in the state playoffs.
