Football advisory committee made rules on criteria for at-large berths

There’s already grumbling about the formula employed to determine at-large berths in the Southern Section, such as allowing teams with records below .500 ahead of teams with better records.
Blame it on the football advisory committee, not the Southern Section. The advisory committee put together the rules.
The next advisory committee meeting is in May, and expect some new ideas to be considered.
