Football: QB Travis Waller is offered by Notre Dame

Things are getting very intriguing in the recruiting of Southern California’s top high school quarterbacks.
The decision on Wednesday by Corona Santiago quarterback Blake Barnett to no longer be committed to Notre Dame caused Notre Dame to make a scholarship offer on Thursday to Servite quarterback Travis Waller, Coach A.J. Gass said.
Waller was planning summer visits to Alabama and Auburn, among other schools, and now a trip to South Bend, Ind., seems likely.
