There is one person on the Miami Dolphins who feels Jonathan Martin has woefully mishandled being bullied by Richie Incognito.
“I think that if you have a problem with somebody — a legitimate problem with somebody — you should say, ‘Hey, I have a problem with this,’ and stand up and be a man,” Dolphins offensive lineman Tyler Clabo said Wednesday.
Judging by the comments on many of the stories The Times has written about the Incognito-Martin situation, there are many who feel the same way, that the best way to deal with a bully is to stand up to them. Others feel that as soon as Martin felt he was threatened, he had every right to leave the team until the Dolphins provided him with a safe work environment.
