Your Scene: Time for reflection in Washington, D.C.

In the fall, Sandy Stahlecker and her husband, Dan, visited Washington, D.C., where she snapped this shot of the Korean War Veterans Memorial. Like many photographers, she found the nation’s capital rich territory. “Washington provides so many wonderful photographic opportunities and a time to reflect on this country’s greatness,” says Sandy, who lives in Huntington Beach. She used a Nikon D3000 to capture the moment.
