Beverly Hills: Breakfast and an extra night free at nine luxury hotels

Free breakfast is nice, but so is a free night’s stay. At nine Beverly Hills hotels this spring, you get both. Granted, prices for these rooms aren’t cheap, but it’s nice to save a little on a splurge at a luxury hotel.
The deal: The Breakfast in Beverly Hills packages require minimum stays ranging from one to three nights depending on the hotel selected. Participating hotels include Avalon, Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows, the Beverly Hilton, L’Ermitage, Luxe Rodeo Drive, Montage, the Mosaic Hotel, the Peninsula and Thompson.
When: This offer is good for stays now through June 30, based on availability.
Tested: I went to the Breakfast in Beverly Hills online promotion and selected L’Ermitage, which requires a two-night minimum to get a free night. I found the package available May 10 through 13. Rooms on these dates usually cost $465 plus tax per night -- a figure that drops to $310 plus tax per night when you figure in the free third night.
