Vegas or Paris? This tower looks a little too shiny to be the famed Eiffel Tower of Paris, but c’est vrai. “The tower twinkles for five minutes on the hour and it is at that moment the photo was taken with a 12x zoom,” says Times reader “GdashG75.”
