Gear: Little videocam goes where you go to capture action
- Share via
The ATCMini Action Video Camera from Oregon Scientific can capture all the action when you are on the go — cycling, surfboarding, skating.
This little hinged videocam is designed to be mounted on a helmet, handlebars, or even arms or legs. It records at 720p video and captures 1.3MP still photos (not great for enlarging but a quick hands-free memory).
The camera is waterproof to 60 feet, and runs on an included removable, rechargeable lithium battery that provides about 1-1/2 hours recording time.
The camera weighs about 4 ounces, and has a built-in microphone, micro-SD card slot (expandable up to 32 GB), USB port and TV-out jack. It is PC and Mac compatible. Now, get out there and roll ‘em.
ATCMini Action Video Camera costs $149.99. Info: (800) 853-8883.
