Hong Kong and Shanghai: Lodging, airfare included for $1,349
- Share via
Hong Kong and Shanghai share the billing on this Go-Today trip that features three nights in each city for a nice low price. The package allows participants to sightsee on their own -- whether it’s the historic Nan Lian Garden and Symphony of Lights nightly laser show in Hong Kong or the views from the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai -- or spend a little more to add-on garden and city tours.
Dates: Lowest prices available on selected dates, including departures from L.A. on Nov. 28 and 29.
Price: Starting at $1,349 per person, based on double occupancy. It includes round-trip international airfare as well as domestic flight from Shanghai to Hong Kong, six nights accommodation and daily breakfast.
The deal: At the lowest rate, the trip costs about $226 per day per person, which is a pretty good deal for airfare and lodging. As a comparison, I checked on Kayak and found comparable flights alone would cost $1,062 per person.
Tested: I found availability online for a Nov. 28 departure at a cost of $1,361 per person, with the airport price slightly adjusted.
