Celebrity chef Kerry Simon is bringing some new burger-and-milkshake pairings to the menu at KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers in Las Vegas.
Simon, known for such clever offerings as the Thanksgiving turkey burger ($14), complete with cranberry sauce, stuffing and turkey gravy, and the Captain Crunch shake ($7), will be serving new pairings each month at KGB through the rest of the year.
August’s selection at the establishment inside Harrah’s is a Sicilian burger with a tiramisu shake. The sandwich features an 8-ounce beef patty topped with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and Parmesan crisp in an onion roll with an Italian herb aioli.
In September, guests can enjoy a turkey burger -- with pepper jack cheese, bacon, avocado and other veggies -- alongside a limeade shake. It is created with homemade lime sorbet.
October brings a Philly cheese-steak burger coupled with a strawberry banana shake. November’s offering is a duck confit burger and a chocolate hazelnut shake.
To close out the year, December’s menu will feature a garlic and herb-crusted lamb burger accompanied by a mint cookie milkshake.
The restaurant is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
