Santa Fe Sage Inn in Santa Fe, N.M., has launched a 48-hour sale with low room rates at this budget hotel that’s not far from the city’s historic plaza. Prices drop to $59 to $64 a night for fall, winter and early spring. Here’s how to make the most of the sale that ends Friday.
The deal: The hotel is selling one-night coupons (you may buy as many as you like) that are good for two guests in a room with a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. Rooms cost $59 a night for stays from Nov. 1 to Feb. 28 and $64 a night for March 1 to April 15. Here’s how it works: After you purchase the coupon, you then make a reservation with the hotel. All rooms come with a continental breakfast and shuttle service to downtown.
When: The 48-hour sale ends 4 p.m. PDT Friday.
Tested: I checked prices online and found room rates to be $110 a night in November and December, and $99 a night in January and February. The coupons offer a good savings, provided you get the dates you want when you reserve and travel by April 15.
