A screen grab taken off Instagram shows alleged Venezuelan ex-forensic officer Oscar Perez, identified by the police as the pilot helicopter who attacked the Supreme Court in Caracas, delivering a speech. Venezuela’s army has been put on alert after four grenades were hurled at the Supreme Court from a helicopter.
