Cal State Fullerton President Milton A. Gordon unveiled seven goals Thursday during his annual convocation address.
Speaking before about 200 people, Gordon outlined the following goals for the academic year: continuing technology initiatives; attracting the “best and brightest” students; building support for the campus through public affairs programs; upgrading campus buildings; strengthening government and community relations; building a stronger sense of community for students, faculty, staff and administrators by increasing communication; improving services to make them more “user friendly.”
Gordon said the goals were drafted at a campus community meeting in August.
“Let us begin the new academic year proud of our past, ready to move ahead on our goals in the coming months and confident of the bright and well-planned future,” he said.
