The Wagon Wheel Elementary School PTA is sponsoring an informational meeting tonight on the proposed Primary Learning Center school that would be built inside the gates of Coto de Caza. Capistrano Unified Supt. James A. Fleming is expected to speak; questions will be allowed on cards only.
