Oscars poll: After Neil Patrick Harris, who should be host next year?

Neil Patrick Harris was passable as the host for the 87th Academy Awards, but the multitalented performer received mixed reviews for his quirky humor and magic tricks.

The ratings were down, and that could mean Harris may not get a second (or at least back-to-back) chance to shine on the biggest entertainment-show stage next year.

Was it a function of the predictable nature of the show or the low box-office turnout for eventual best picture winner "Birdman," or Harris himself? Hard to say, but it's time to think about who could be the next host to take the show up a notch.
